Terms and conditions of the OilDoc Exhibition 2019
Registration deadline for exhibitors at the OilDoc Exhibition is August 31, 2018.
The number of booths is limited and we highly recommend to register as soon as possible.
Assignment of Booth Space:
The positioning of the booth depends on the general availability, the requested size of the booth, special needs and the exposed goods/services. As a matter of course we try our best to meet your needs concerning the position of the booth. However OilDoc reserves the right to assign space other than requested, if necessary, and the right to relocate any exhibitor and to rearrange the floor plan.
The floor planning will be done in September 2018.
Afterwards, you will receive our offer for the positioning of your booth. After your written confirmation, we will send you the invoice which is payable before September 30, 2018.
The terms of payment mentioned on the invoice must be followed.
Full payment of the invoice amounts is a prerequisite for occupying the exhibition space.
Before September 30, 2018: 100% refund of booth cost, minus EUR 150,- administration fee.
From October 01 until November 15, 2018: 50% refund of total booth cost.
After November 15, 2018: No refund issued.
If OilDoc GmbH is unable to operate the event, as a result of force majeure or other circumstances beyond its control, OilDoc may postpone it. Already paid booth fees will be reimbursed. OilDoc is not liable for damages and disadvantages to exhibitors arising from the cancellation of the event.
If OilDoc GmbH has to postpone or to curtail the running event, as a result of force majeure or other circumstances beyond its control, the participant/exhibitor can not claim a refund.
