Guidelines & Deadlines for Speakers
- First choose an issue/technology/project that is relevant and informative to industry professionals from the list of main topics or propose your own industry-related topic.
- Then, submit a well-written, 1-page abstract of your suggested presentation until Oct. 31, 2026 easily via https://oildoc.wetransfer.com or to info@oildoc.com.
Make sure the abstract meets the formal requirements and it addresses all key points. Please note that your abstract will be published in the „Book of Synopses“ and is therefore also a piece of marketing for your presentation to get many listeners. - We will inform you until end of December 2026 if the program committee accepted your presentation and invites you as a speaker.
If your paper has been accepted:
- Please send us your fully completed manuscript, along with a brief CV and a portrait photograph, by 15 April 2027 at the latest.
- Please submit your fully prepared presentation to us by 22 May 2027 at the latest.
Please note
The official language of our international conference is English.
Presentations must be delivered in English.
There will be no simultaneous interpretation.
The presentation, abstract, manuscipt and PowerPoint slides have to be in English.
Each presentation is scheduled to last 20 minutes, followed by a discussion of up to 10 minutes.
