Terms and conditions of the OilDoc Exhibition 2025

Registration deadline for exhibitors at the OilDoc Exhibition is March 31, 2025.

The number of booths is limited and we highly recommend to register as soon as possible.

Assignment of Booth Space:

The positioning of the booth depends on the general availability, the requested size of the booth, special needs and the exposed goods/services. As a matter of course we try our best to meet your needs concerning the position of the booth. However OilDoc reserves the right to assign space other than requested, if necessary, and the right to relocate any exhibitor and to rearrange the floor plan. The final floor planning will be done in April 2025. You will than receive your final position of your booth.

Payment:

After your registration, we will send you the invoice which is payable before March 31, 2025. The terms of payment mentioned on the invoice must be followed.

Full payment of the invoice amounts is a requirement for access to the exhibition space.

Withdrawal/Cancellation:

Before December 31, 2024: 100% refund of booth cost, minus EUR 150,- administration fee.
From January 01 until March 31, 2025: 50% refund of total booth cost.
After March 31, 2025: No refund issued.
Please note that these fees are charged independently for the reason for the cancellation.

Force Majeure:

If OilDoc GmbH is unable to operate the event , as a result of force majeure (like e.g. Corona-related official order) or other circumstances beyond its control, OilDoc may postpone it. Already paid booth fees will be reimbursed minus EUR 150.- administration fee. OilDoc is not liable for damages and disadvantages to exhibitors arising from the cancellation of the event.

If OilDoc GmbH has to postpone or to curtail the running event, as a result of force majeure or other circumstances beyond its control, the participant/exhibitor can not claim a refund.
